TYPICAL OF DAMAGE
Generally, the most frequent damage occurs in the burning zone, leading to a decline in the quality of the installed bricks. Immediate repairs are necessary to prevent further deterioration and heat leakage, which can result in excessive energy consumption.
DEMOLITION
The dismantling process of the installed materials that have been damaged is carried out manually due to limited space conditions. Generally, to ensure worker safety during dismantling, the materials product are used as a standing platform and to support the dismantled material, which will then be gradually lowered to the lowest point of the disposal hole/manhole for removal of the debris.
CLEANING
The disposal of dismantled material is carried out manually through the manhole located at the bottom of the kiln, where the material is removed and discarded in stages. It will be collected on the floor level and subsequently transported using a loader and truck to the final disposal site.
MARKING
Before installation work begins, detailed measurements must be taken on the entire surface of the kiln shell, both horizontally and vertically, using laser tools to ensure and guarantee that the measurements are level and symmetrical. This ensures there are no gaps or misalignment in the brick joints, both horizontally and vertically, maintaining precision and accuracy.
INSTALLATION
To achieve optimal installation results, the work must be carried out by experienced and meticulous personnel who are thorough in precision control. Each step of the installation must carefully follow the established markings, with regular checks at each stage of brick layer installation. This should be done using a water pass, both horizontally and vertically, to ensure that the brickwork is symmetrical in both directions and perpendicular. It is essential to ensure that each layer of bricks is installed simultaneously and sequentially.
